Techies Project/Helena Price That project is a database of portraits and stories from workers who feel they're in the minority. Price launched Techies with a post on the website Medium , calling Techies was conceived in January 2016 by San Francisco-based photographer Helena Price. It was brought to life over the course of three months with the help of designer Alonzo Felix and developer Martha Schumann. Special thanks to Brian Lam, Michelle Morrison, Bianca L. St.Louis, Stewart Scott Curran, Liz Gershman, Anne Barrington, Kate Stern San Francisco photographer Helena Price took this issue one step further to put a face and name to this void, now known as the Techies Project- which has received international acclaim.
